The local side will also search for Japanese artists with whom they can collaborate on the portfolio site “MeetUpECoC! We encourage that you register your artist information on the website.

Once the schedule to visit the local partner in the ECoC city is confirmed, please contact the EU-Japan Fest Japan Committee for application form.

Face-to-Face meetings in Japan or in Europe enable your partner to deepen understanding of your activity, while establishing a strong relationship to realize the project.

Participate in projects in the European Capital of Culture and continue your activities toward the future.

Passport Program can be applied as a support for travel expenses to visit/invite you the partner to visit your event or city to gain first-hand experience of activity. Seeing programs and participating in workshop are the best way to get to know each other. Let the partners, with whom you wish to collaborate, see your activities in-person!

Further deepen mutual understanding between artist and local partner, and execute the program. Passport Program can be applied for by the artists themselves when they go to see the activity of the local partner.
