Representatives of two European Capitals of Culture (Valletta 2018 and Leeuwarden 2018) discuss some issues Malta is currently facing and develop their ideas. Collaborations between Japanese and these two cities are in progress. Valletta is put in a challenging situation such as outflow of Maltese artists and lack of theatres. Talking about these matters, they show positive attitude to change this reality into a new challenge, and to make Valletta the best European Capital of Culture ever.
