“European Eyes on Japan/ Japan Today vol. 19” is a collaborative project with the European Capital of Culture Pafos2017. Two photographers for the next year were selected, one of whom would be artist with study abroad experiences to the UK, Mr. Constantinos Taliotis. He stayed in Ibaraki, Japan in 2014 for ARCUS Studio’s Artist in Residence program. Shiga prefecture is the next location photographed, raising expectation for his views on unseen Japan.
