Film festival “Tokyo northern lights festival” will be kick off on 8th Feb.,for a week-long run of film, music and arts from Scandinavia and beyond. They will show various films from Northern European countries at Eurospace, Shibuya. There will be many attractive side events as well. We support this festival as one of derived programs in the past European Capitals of Culture.
