European Capital of Culture San Sebastian will officially kick off on 20th January 2016, which is coinciding with San Sebastian Day, and end on the 24th of that same month.The central act of this group of inaugural days will be carried out on the night of January 23rd, when spectators of all ages will enjoy a visual show designed to represent the values of DSS2016.
