Novi Sad 2021(Serbia) is the first city selected as a European cultural capital from EU candidate countries. On the official page, Secretary General of EU-Japan Fest, Kogi’s first visit to the city is reported. After visiting local artists and cultural facilities, it was a very meaningful stay through many meetings with each group. Touched by energetic engagement and warm welcome of the local team and people, we hope cultural connection between two countries becomes more and more deeper taking advantage of their EcoC title!
