For the first time in the world since the closing of Ars Electroica Festival 2015 – POST CITY – in September 2015, Shibuya will be hosting a sub-event of the festival. Welcoming Gerfried Stocker (Artistic Director of Ars Electronica), Martin Honzik (Ars Electronica), this event will seek deep into the future form of the city through cross talks with pioneers who sought for potentials, and exhibitions of POST CITY Kit (idea tools) brought by artists and innovators.
