European Capital of Culture, Plovdiv 2019 (Bulgaria) is seeking visual artists, specialized in digital media. The Tobacco City project is about preserving historical buildings in a vanishing city and transforming them into cultural places. In order to express one of the most important themes “Transform”, they are to utilize the Tabacco warehouses. The deadline is on 31 July 2016.
