Pafos is a coastal city in the southwest of Cyprus. Under the concept of “Open Air Factory,” the city intends to utilize the archaeological sites for events. In cooperation with local volunteers, they aim to make the city the most attractive place with the smallest budget in the history of the European Capitals of Culture.
