3331 Arts Chiyoda’s residence program “AIR 3331” is now announcing an open call for artists, curators and researchers. There are no restrictions on the method of expression. Curators from European Capitals of Culture, who are in charge of A.I.R programme, have visited this attractive facility many times in order to develop their ideas for ECoC projects. Participants have the opportunity to expand their network and carry out self-lead projects, in a convenient base between sites of tradition and the ultra-modern.
