Secretary General Kogi visited Susumu Shingu, artist who is working with European Capital of Culture Matera 2019 (Italy).  It was a wonderful opportunity to visit him and to know about his works as well as his deep thoughts behind it. Shingu’s works are internationally known as which is powered by natural energy such as wind and water, as if it visualizes the voice of the mother earth. Looking forward to seeing his works in Matera in 2019!
