Just received 22 publications from Arts Council Tokyo, as a result of their 2016 activities! Arts Council Tokyo develops a variety of programs to encourage the creation and dissemination of arts and culture. They published these books in cooperation with other artistic and cultural organizations, private-sector organizations, and NPOs.
