Before dance festival “Dance New Air 2016” from 1 October, “International Dance Network” is run from 29 and 30 September in Tokyo. This forum introduces Japanese contemporary dancers to audience, especially international theaters and dance directors. Representatives from three European Capitals of Culture (Vallettta2018, Plovdiv2019 and Rijeka2020) are joining the forum, which will be expected to encourage Japanese dance scene to develop and dancers to create borderless relationships with those cities in the future.
