Dutch culture expert meeting was held in Ukiha city, Fukuoka yesterday. Oeds Westerhof, Network & Legacy Director of Leeuwarden 2018 presented their model to local Japanese cultural initiatives and artists. Nice meeting to get connected each other and exchange thoughts on what culture can do for our common future and society.
