Countryside Animafest Cyprus is the Cyprus animation festival taken place from 21 to 23 Jul.. The festival consists of 43 films-two competition sections, featuring international independent animation films, as well as national ones. Mr. Koji Yamamura’s work is screened, and at the same time the director of Animafest Cyprus, Mr. Yiorgos Tsaggaris comes over to Japan from 17 to 24 Aug (from 21 to 24 Aug. in Tokyo) to attend the Hiroshima International Animation Festival. His visit will play a significant role in making a next year’s related programme for the European Capital of Culture, Pafos2017.
