Mr. Takeshi Uchiyamada, Chairman of Toyota Motor Corporation made an official visit to Wroclaw and San Sebastian, this year’s European Capital of Culture (4-10 Sep.). It was such a fruitful opportunity to deepen a better understanding of not only Japan related program, but also European Capital of Culture’s mission, rich local culture and history of the two cities.
