Assen Assenov, director of One Foundation in Plovdiv, European Capital of Culture 2019, visited Japan to explore performing arts in Japan.  He directs three annual festivals of dance, design, and architecture; One Design Festival (Jun.), One Dance Festival(Sep.-Oct.), One Architecture (Sep.). He is a contemporary dance specialist and a jury of choreography festival in Seoul as well. In Japan, he had an intensive research on performing arts, from Noh to contemporary dance.
