Hiromi Ito (Office H) is now running a crowdfunding campaign for WAT world animation theater. Since 2000, the WAT has introduced independent short animations from all over the world to Japanese audiences. This coming April, WAT is coming back for the first time in 3 years, and this crowdfunding enable it to establish stable, lasting distribution scheme for such films. Last month, Ms,Ito gave presentation on Japanese animation to 9 ECoC cities.
