@

The PresentA'03 exhibition was held jointly with the Munich Academy of Fine Arts by the PresentA Executive Committee, comprised of art students from the graduate school of the Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music and other academic affiliations. The signification of PresentA is "Being here, now/Making representations of ourselves here, now/Exhibiting art here, now". This project looked to update the notion of the artist combining regionality and internationality, and to develop and transmit new fields of expression.
