Report

Probing the possibilities of collaboration with Japan in the evolving art and design education of Europe
CUMULUS Meeting Artists and Curators Exchange Program

Estonia・Sweden・Finland

Kayo Shindo, an experienced overseas study advisor at Tohoku University of Art & Design, attended the CUMULUS meeting that is an active focus of educational programs in design and the arts in EU member countries and visited Scandinavian galleries, universities and other institutions to survey activities and collect information from and exchange views with persons involved in education in EU member countries. We are confident that this trip will lead to the furthering of a network among art and design educators in Japan and the EU and also further the projects that Ms Shindo herself pursues in future.
